Première chaîne journalist Chantal Francœur was taken aback by the move and decided to investigate further, dedicating her doctorate research at Concordia to measuring its impact and effectiveness. She reports to our French sister site Projet with the highlights of her findings, exposing the inner workings of our nation's public broadcaster.
