Researching world languages

ShareThisEthnologue.com offers a wide range of resources for research about the languages of the world. Their bibliography contains references to more than 13,000 books, scholarly journals, books, dissertations and academic material, most of which a sample can be viewed online, or purchased. The site also has an extensive map of all countries which shows where the different languages are spoken, and information about each of them.
