Romina Maurino, a business reporter with The Canadian Press, is leaving to pursue a freelancing career.

She started her career at The Canadian Press as a summer student in 2004 and then worked at its Ontario and business desks. She was also a Queen’s Park reporter.

“I decided to leave to pursue a freelancing career, mainly business journalism as well as some corporate writing,” Maurino told J-Source in an email.
