This week, hundreds of thousands of Canadian students returned to their college and university campuses. For many it’s both an exciting and extremely stressful time. With this in mind, we’re bringing you a special episode that looks at a deceptively simple idea – taking care of yourself. It may seem straightforward, but how many of us are struggling with this? On today’s show we’re joined by two guests to talk about taking care of yourself as a journalist. H.G. Watson is the managing editor of J-Source. Ann Rauhala was a longtime reporter and editor at the Globe and Mail and the CBC and is now a journalism professor at Ryerson University.
