Billed as “a global resource for journalists who cover violence,” this site features three sections relevant to journalists covering children. Reminding journalists that children are not “mini-adults” and “deserve special consideration,” the articles discuss interviewing children who have experienced trauma, how to manage issues of confidentiality, and children with post-traumatic stress disorder. A section aimed at helping clinicians deal with the media is also useful reading for reporters.
