The Resort Municipality of Whistler is the winner of the Code of Silence Award, which names the most secretive government or publicly funded agency according to the CAJ.
The Globe and Mail, La Presse and the Toronto Star each took home four National Newspaper Awards. Meanwhile, the Canadian Press and the Ottawa Citizen each took two prizes.
