Why is the ideal of an informed society more crucial than ever? Find out in this surprising and timely talk from award-winning thinker and strategist, Sue Gardner. Ex-Wikimedia Foundation director, journalist, and former head of cbc.ca, Gardner is a Canadian based in San Francisco. She casts a critical eye on both the techscape of Silicon Valley and the ever-changing media world. She consults and advises both realms on issues of gender, journalism, and digital freedom.
