The Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada offers up to three fellowships to Canadian journalists to deepen their understanding of Asia's relationship with Canada.

Applications are now open for the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada's media fellowships. As many as three will be awarded at a value of up to $10,000 each.

Fellows travel to Asia and research and prepare stories on several themes including energy, natural resources and the environment; human rights and development; global economy; education, culture and communities; and politics and security. "The program aims to help Canadian journalists to become better informed about this dynamic part of the world in order to write and broadcast insightfully on Asia and the Canada-Asia relationship," reads the foundation's website
