One journalist had their hours reduced to three days a week from five, says the union, which was announced April 3 and implemented April 6.

Updated Oct. 22: Journalists at Black Press’s Lower Mainland papers, including the Hope Standard, have had their hours restored to full time under Service Canada Work-Sharing Agreements between Oct. 6 and 26 for the duration of the provincial election.
