HuffPo Canada has named their top five "news losers" of 2011 and the results don't yield too much of a surprise.

There are five stories that made headlines for all of the wrong reasons this year. 

Huffington Post Canada has named their top five “news losers” of 2011, and none of them really come as too much of a surprise.

Research in Motion and their dismal year tops the list, which is, unfortunately for them, not the type of list they'd like to be topping. Rob Ford, Canada’s record on climate change, the Liberal Party of Canada and the Vancouver riots round it out.
