Winners of the tenth annual Canadian Online Publishing Awards were announced on Nov. 14 in Toronto.

HuffPost Canada took home five awards, including two gold for best continuing coverage of a news story and consumer lifestyle article or series. Six-month-old investigative site The Narwhal won four, including silver for best publication and gold and silver for their photo essays in The Canadian Mining Boom You’ve Never Seen Before and This is Giant Mine.

The awards recognize excellence in media, business, consumer and academic publishing.
