SAM MANZER, a data scientist and engineer specializing in interactive educational platforms, will share key principles for maximizing the value of data in your projects. Using several recent articles as examples, Sam will demonstrate how small changes in data analysis and presentation can dramatically increase a story’s ability to educate and inspire readers.
Sam is the co-founder of Strategic ML (https://www.strategicml.com), an interactive online platform that brings leaders up-to-speed on the latest machine learning technologies in a fraction of the time required by traditional approaches. Sam began his career building quantum chemistry simulation software and earned a Ph. D. in Chemistry from UC Berkeley. Sam then joined the software industry and has subsequently built a wide variety of data solutions for a series of large multinational organizations.
