In the first of our new J-Talks Live webcast series hosted by award-winning broadcaster Anna Maria Tremonti, host of the CBC podcast More, Jane Lytvynenko, senior reporter with BuzzFeed News, explores disinformation around the coronavirus outbreak, including the online rumours, fake texts and propaganda fuelling panic and anxiety as well as driving people to false cures. This session will help you recognize the misinformation in your midst.
