  • Webinar with Marisol Campos-Naverrete

    March 27, 2021  2:00 pm2:30 pm

Join us at the Peterborough Audiocraft Festival for this webinar, taking a look into how Marisol Campos Navarrete uses radio and podcasting to build Indigenous knowledge resources with her show ‘Perspectives from Abiayala and Beyond.’

This webinar is about how to start doing a podcast as a humble way to reciprocate the knowledge shared by the guest speakers. PFAAB was born that way, and by co-creating every episode with each of the guests, we all learn in the process, promoting knowledge mobilization and integrating all the participants into the design and technical logistics of how to make and publish a podcast. This methodology allows the accessibility and self-promotion of each episode of the podcast exactly with the audience that will welcome it the most. The co-responsibility in creating each episode makes the whole process an enjoyable experience of oral knowledge’s empowerment and community building.
