The Fulcrum, founded in 1942, is the University of Ottawa’s independent student news outlet. We published a monthly print edition up until the 1960s, when we began publishing weekly. At the start of 2019 we transitioned to publishing exclusively online through our website (www.thefulcrum.ca) and via social media platforms. We cover everything happening at the U of O and across the city.
