Virtual Coffee Break for Journalists and Students

Houston SPJ’s virtual coffee break is a monthly opportunity to share your experiences as we navigate the coronavirus pandemic and its professional and personal impacts. This month we will offer an optional breakout room for journalism students.
We’ll have a semi-moderated discussion about topics such as:
1. How you’re coping with the coronavirus pandemic
2. Issues you’re facing working from home and/or
3. Covering your beat while maintaining social distance
4. How the economic downturn is impacting you
It will be an opportunity for camaraderie, networking and sharing ways to cope and even thrive. And hopefully for making new friends!
This meeting will be held via Zoom teleconferencing. Only registered attendees will be admitted, for security reasons.
