Want to write satirical news in the style of The Onion, The Beaverton or Walking Eagle News? In this workshop, recovering journalist Tim Fontaine will teach you how to write hilarious (or cringe-inducing) short articles and headlines that grab people’s attention.

Tim Fontaine is the Editor-in-Grand-Chief of the satirical website Walking Eagle News. He has hosted the Laughing Drum, a satirical news, talk and panel on APTN and has contributed to and appeared on CTV’s The Beaverton. Prior to his switch to comedy, Tim was a journalist for nearly two decades.
