The finalists of the Digital Publishing Awards were announced April 26.

The award program promotes, “excellence in the content and creation of Canadian digital publications through an annual program of awards and national publicity efforts.”

There are 106 nominated entries from 37 different publications. The top nominees, according to the DPA’s website, are “The Globe and Mail, CBC, Hakai Magazine, Today’s Parent, Chatelaine, Hazlitt, TVO.org, VICE Québec, and Winnipeg Free Press.”

The awards will be handed out on May 29 in Toronto.
