Outstanding Achievement in Government Secrecy prize open for submissions until Oct. 15

The Code of Silence Award, which recognizes government bodies that notably deny public access to information, is open for submissions.

The annual contest awards distinction in four categories — federal, provincial, municipal and law enforcement — and is presented by the Centre for Free Expression, the Canadian Association of Journalists, Canadian Journalists for Free Expression and News Media Canada.
