On today’s show we’re joined by two guests to talk about taking care of yourself as a journalist. H.G. Watson is the managing editor of J-Source. Ann Rauhala was a longtime reporter and editor at the Globe and Mail and the CBC and is now a journalism professor at Ryerson University.
