Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has joined Wikipedia, Reddit, Wordpress and a number of other big players in an internet blackout against the United States' bills Stop Piracy Online Act (SOPA) and Protect Intellectual Property Act (PIPA) that have garnered international criticism.
