Applications are now being accepted for the R. James Travers Foreign Corresponding Fellowship.
The annual award of $25,000, administered by Carleton University, covers travel, reporting and research expenses as well as a stipend for a journalist, in memory of the work of reporter, editor and foreign correspondent Jim Travers.
Applications are due Oct. 17, 2016.
