The Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada has opened applications for the fifth annual Grace-Pépin Access to Information Award.

Applications are now open for the fifth annual Grace-Pépin Access to Information Award. Open to an individual, group or organization that has demonstrated a significant contribution to the public’s right to know, the non-monetary award is a joint effort between the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada, the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, and other access to information public bodies. 

 

Applications, which must demonstrate the nominees significance, implementation and impact of FOI advocacy in the field, are due August 31. More information about the award can be found here.
