The Global Reporting Centre at the University of British Columbia and U.K-based nonprofit The Citizens are inviting applications for new investigative journalism fellowships open to all journalists.

Proposals for accountability stories about policy and technology may be eligible for funding from $2,000 to $20,000 CAD. The GRC and The Citizens invite pitches for work in any medium.
