Jason Magder named Gazette transportation reporter
Magder, who previously covered the tech beat for The Gazette, in Montreal, will now cover transportation.

Jason Magder is the new transportation reporter for The Gazette.
Magder, who previously covered the tech beat for The Gazette, in Montreal, will take over from Andy Riga.
Starting today, I am the Transportation reporter for @mtlgazette, following in the footsteps of the extremely talented @andyriga. Big shoes.

Meanwhile, Riga tweeted he will be working as a writer and producer for The Gazette’s new daily iPad magazine, which will be rolled out this fall as part of Postmedia Network’s four-platform strategy.
