Ken Whyte is the new Rogers senior vice-president of public policy.
He was previously the president of Rogers’ magazine bundling service, Next Issue Canada, which launched in October.
“Next Issue has reached the point of maturity after a successful incubation and will be integrated into our publishing business, headed by Steve Maich,” said Sonia Brum, manager of communications at Next Issue, in an email to J-Source.
Brum added that in his new role, Whyte will focus on public policy issues and advancing the company’s advocacy efforts.
