In this age of innovation, we're challenged to learn, communicate and work in constantly changing circumstances. New devices, social connections and apps, force us to evolve as storytellers and adapt our medium to reach specific audiences. Innovation is no longer a luxury; it's a necessity to ensure career competitiveness. So how does a modern-day journalist ensure their own success? Michael De Monte, co-founder of ScribbleLive, says they should act like a startup.
