Sport reporting has always been at the forefront of real-time journalism – live match reports have been there since the beginning and are still what people associate most with liveblogs. How is the internet affecting the world of sports reporting and what do journalists have to do to keep up and keep fans coming back to their site? That's what our panelists – a social media editor for Sky Sports, multimedia journalist from ARD and beat reporter for the St Louis Post Dispatch – are up against today.
