I'll bite,
Doesn't Jessica Humes article in the National Post suggest that journalism at the CTV is so much of a business that they hired an inexperienced 24 year old for what should be a major posting as CTV’s Quebec City Bureau Chief, based at the Quebec National Assembly and mostly covering politics.
I wonder why CTV couldn't get a more experienced journalist for the job?
