    Sun News wants five-year digital basic cable deal

    Sun News is seeking a five-year mandatory coverage digital basic deal from Canada’s broadcast regulator in an attempt to mitigate its nearly $17-million a year losses.     Ottawa Citizen, Postmedia News awarded Canadian Hillman Prize for robocalls investigation

    Ottawa Citizen’s Glen McGregor and Postmedia News’ Stephen Maher have won the 2013 Canadian Hillman Prize for their investigative reporting on the use of robocalls to disrupt and suppress voting during the 2011 federal election.
