On the afternoon of Nov. 6, staff from CBC’s Toronto headquarters were evacuated after an alleged shell was found in a box of goods donated to the CBC archives.
Staff: Toronto police and fire officials are in the basement investigating what seems to be a shell found in a box of goods donated to CBC Archives. They estimate at least an hour before the all-clear is sounded. More updates to come.
