You may have read the story in the Toronto Star this morning. I want to be clear. I never made a harassment complaint to Hubert against Heather. I also want to let you know what I shared with the reporter yesterday: Numeris presented me with a wonderful opportunity to lead the company as their President and CEO. I accepted the position as a result of a long recruiting process that started in early August 2015. About the exchange referred to with Heather, she apologized and we carried on.
