Media on the move: June and July

The National Post appointed its next editor-in-chief.

Political cartoonist Michael de Adder made headlines internationally after he was dropped from Irving-owned Brunswick News Inc. newspapers in the wake of posting a now-viral image of U.S. President Donald Trump golfing over a father and daughter who were found dead in the Rio Grande near Brownsville, Texas. The Toronto Star will now be running his work in their opinion pages.

A string of departures from the Globe and Mail is continuing throughout the summer.
