Launched in 2014, JHR’s Indigenous Reporting Program supports young, Indigenous people who are working towards becoming established journalists.

Applications are open for the Journalists for Human Rights Indigenous Reporters Scholarship Fund.

Launched in 2014, JHR’s Indigenous Reporting Program supports young, Indigenous people who are working towards becoming established journalists. The scholarship provides funds for Indigenous students to attend a post-secondary institute and study journalism.

Applicants must provide a letter of intent, a reference letter, a transcript and proof of employment by Nov. 13 to be considered.
