Long-time hosts Bill Good and Philip Till are retiring after nearly three decades with Vancouver’s CKNW radio station.

Two prominent members of Canada's print and broadcast media have been named to the News Hall of Fame.

Lucht, who was the executive producer of Ideas and Tapestry, retired from CBC Radio on July 31. 

Filson, currently sports editor of the Toronto Star, will become the assistant managing editor of the tablet launch starting Aug. 11.
