Chris Windeyer leaves Up Here Business
Managing editor Chris Windeyer left Up Here Business to pursue a freelancing career in Dawson City, Yukon.

Managing editor Chris Windeyer left Up Here Business to pursue a freelancing career in Dawson City, Yukon. His last day with the independent northern magazine was Aug. 8.
I’ve had a lot of fun working for this magazine, and I’m grateful to everyone who read our stuff and talked to me over the last three years.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Windeyer was the magazine’s managing editor since 2013. He joined the magazine as the associate editor in 2011 and has worked for Nunatsiaq News and Northern News Services as a reporter prior to that.
Windeyer said his replacement has not yet been named officially.
