There is only one week left to apply for the CJF Excellence in Journalism Award — the only national media award given based on overall extraordinary performance. 

The Canadian Journalism Foundation is accepting applications for its Excellence in Journalism Award, which will be handed out to two organizations: One in large/national media, and one in small/medium or local/regional media. 

There is only one week left to apply; Applications must be received by March 1 at 5:00p.m.

The Excellence Award is the only national media award to be awarded to a journalistic organization based on overall extraordinary performance.

The awards will be presented at the CJF Gala on June 7.
