Stacey joined The Telegram in 1993 as an assistant comptroller and became publisher in 2007, according to the Western Star. Kamula is overseeing operations since Stacey’s departure and current advertising manager Keith Connolly will be filling in as publisher on an interim bases.

“My plan is to asses both the market needs and what The Telegram team needs in terms of leadership before making a decision on a new publisher,” Kamula said.
